If you are coming in for the first time and you have recent x-rays from your previous dentist, please contact your provider to consent for their release to our office. They may be sent to frontdesk@adairdentalmedicine. If they are not received or are out of date, you will need new x-rays at your first visit. It is important for Dr. Adair to have the appropriate radiographs in order to provide proper diagnosis and treatment. If you decline x-rays for any reason, please contact the front desk prior to scheduling an appointment.
